My contract role with BB involved helping the internal team pivot to a fractional model. I managed in-house creative, operations, and project management while overseeing product design, package design, campaign creative, art direction, social content, digital campaigns, activations, creative strategy, concept development, team management, vendor allocation and organizational workflow design.
